A Texas-based algorithms company, The Global Language Monitor, has announced the top 5 most-used words in 2009. The number one word was Twitter, then Obama, followed by H1N1, stimulus and then vampire.

A survey done by the University of Texas shows that about 1 in 20 women would accept a marriage proposal from a total stranger!! That is messed up!
