Both Beyonce and Paul McCartney had televised concerts on Thanksgiving. And the winner of the ratings war is… Beyonce! She had 5.7 million viewers while Paul McCartney only had 4.2 million.
The DVD of Michael Jackson’s This Is It will hit stores on January 26th. It will contain 90 minutes of extra footage not seen in the movie.
I think the crack is starting to mess up Pete Doherty’s brain. He decided it would be cool to sing the Nazi anthem Deutschlandied at the on3 Music Festival in Munich. Well, the crowd was upset and started booing and throwing bottles at him.
Perezhilton.com is reporting that Britney Murphy was fired from the film she was filming in Puerto Rico. She apparently was making huge demands and being a bitch to everyone so the producers cut her.
Kelsey Grammer is heading to Broadway next spring. He will be starring in the new revival of the Jerry Herman-Harvey Fierstein’s La Cage aux Folles. I have no idea why they are bringing it back since it was just revived in 2004.
Matthew McConaughey is set to produce an animated series called Rooster Tales about his brother (yes the one who named his son Miller Lyte). Rooster Tales “will follow the world of a beer-swilling, redneck sheriff who marries a much younger woman in Mexico.”
