Tracey Morgan collapsed unconscious after an awards ceremony at the Sundance Film Festival over the weekend and was rushed to the hospital. At first, everyone said it was because he was intoxicated, but the hospital released a statement saying there was no alcohol or drugs in his system. They said that it was a combination of the high altitude and exhaustion.

There are news reports that Halle Berry’s ex-husband Gabriel Aubry has physically and verbally been abusing their nanny. Apparently Aubry has always been about the racial slurs but it came to a head when Aubry decided Nahla didn’t need to go to school but didn’t tell Halle or the nanny so the nanny went to pick her up. And then of course they panicked when she wasn’t there. The nanny went to Aubry’s house where they got into a fight. When she picked up little Nahla, Aubry slammed the nanny into the wall repeated (with his daughter in her arms) trying to force her to let go. Charges haven’t been filed yet but the nanny has met with the police.

It is being reported that Whitney Houston is flat broke. A “source” says “Music industry heavy hitters are supporting her and her label is fronting her cash against her next album, but no one knows when that will be released. She might be homeless if not for people saving her. She is broke as a joke.”

Actress Bryce Dallas Howard and husband Seth Gabel welcomed a baby girl on the 19th. Beatrice Jean Howard-Gabel was 8lbs 6oz and is the couple’s second child.

Rumor has it that Naya Rivera, Santana on Glee, has moved on from her flings with co-stars Mark Salling and Chord Overstreet and is dating Glee writer Matthew Hodgson. The pair were reportedly all over each other at Naya’s birthday bash this weekend.

Claire Danes has been named Woman of the Year by Harvard’s Hasty Pudding Theatricals. Past winners have included Halle Berry, Anne Hathaway, Julianne Moore and Charlize Theron.

CBS This Morning is reporting that Elizabeth Smart, the girl who was kidnapped from her home in 2002 and held prisoner for 9 months, is doing such a great job with her recovery and is getting married.
